Andrew, my good friend! I'm behind you all the way as you continue to wade into the nebulous cloud of cyberspace to make a difference. And that you will; indeed you already have. Your passion is inspiring and contagious! --Al

Great post...definitely have to put in your order with the Universe to make things happen, then take the appropriate action steps to get there. Sounds like you're doing all of that, and I would love to support you in your endeavor. Interesting that I should stumble upon your post because it is so in line with some of my own ambitions and things that I'm doing. As fate would have it, I now have the power of a Wal-Mart/Target/Costco moving through my home with hundreds of different environmentally friendly products, and this is all done using the power of the internet. And ultimately I will have the means to significantly make an environmental difference, both monetarily and in practice. I LOVE what the internet has done for us and the potential for change therein.

Your decision to 'play to win' most definitely moved you towards playing it smart. I hope you'll update 'us' on your ambitions.

@Teresa: Thanks for holding my feet to the fire! I'm trying to remember to write myself weekly goals every week, and trying to make them all happen - some weeks are more successful than others!

@Apollo: I love that quote, thought I have trouble living by it sometimes... I hope that my recent decision to "play to win" will move me further toward playing it smart instead of playing it safe and watching everything happen around me.

@Anne: Thanks for the support - I hope you know I'm behind you in your endeavors as well!

@Readers: Please follow Anne on her entrepreneurial journey as well at her blog Light, Motion, and Magic!

Namaste,
A. Caleb

This was a wonderful post! It was so personal, and yet you touched on something I think we all strongly relate to. I know I can - my decision to start my own company was also a decision to 'play to win.' Succeed or fail, I don't think either one of us will regret giving it all for our dream. You have one big supporter here - I'm rooting for you all the way!
